How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times. For special events or corporate roadshows, booking 1-2 weeks in advance is ideal. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12-24 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 12 hours before service or no-shows are charged in full. Special events and corporate accounts may have custom cancellation terms.

How do airport pickups work?

For airport pickups, your chauffeur will track your flight and adjust for any delays. They will meet you at baggage claim (domestic) or outside customs (international) with a personalized sign. We include 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights at no additional charge.

Are gratuities included in the price?

No, but we suggest a 15-20% gratuity for the excellent service you receive. If you wish to provide an additional tip for exceptional service, you may do so directly to your chauffeur or request it be added to your final bill.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, digital payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Swipe, as well as corporate account billing. For frequent clients, we offer the option to keep a card on file for seamless payment processing. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes, we offer corporate accounts with dedicated account managers, customized billing, and priority service. Corporate clients receive preferential rates, detailed reporting, and can set up individual profiles for executives with their preferences.
